Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in public works and municipal services projects.
• Registered PE in Texas required or through reciprocity within 6 months.
• Experience in designing water facilities and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise on large-scale water infrastructure projects.
• Serve as Technical Advisor on civil engineering projects.
• Mentor engineering staff in water and wastewater treatment.
