Garver’s Water Team in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Water Engineering Intern to gain hands-on design experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be mentored by experienced water professionals and work on a variety of water projects, including site visits to Garver project locations.

The internship offers training from water staff and managers, exposure to the competitive consulting engineering industry, and networking opportunities through Garver Launch. Office-based role with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing civil, environmental, or biosystems engineering bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Gain real-world environmental and civil engineering design experience.
• Receive training from water staff and project managers.
• Visit Garver’s water project sites.
