Job summary

Tighe & Bond's Water Business Line in Worcester, MA offers a Water Engineering Intern program that supports the design and administration of water and wastewater projects across the Northeast. You’ll work with industry experts on data collection, analyses, hydraulic modeling, and asset management, gaining hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and related tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s program pursuing a degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
• Previous internship experience
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to solve engineering problems
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, and open-mindedness
• Hands-on experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or SolidWorks

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with data collection, analysis, and documentation for our various types of water, wastewater and stormwater projects
• Perform engineering calculations to support our projects
• Assist staff on a variety of tasks with various study, design and construction projects and/or field assignments
• Participate in Tighe & Bond’s annual Intern Day activities
