Job summary

Jobot in Orlando, Florida seeks a senior leader to own and grow the water, wastewater, and stormwater practice in the Southeast. You will lead, mentor, and expand the team while driving business development for major water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
• 15+ years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience.
• Proven success leading teams, winning work, and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations.
• Established industry relationships preferred.
• Previous experience working with Florida municipalities and state organizations in a consulting capacity.

• Develop and mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Drive business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
