Arcadis is seeking a Water Engineer Intern to join the Water Business Line at the Guaynabo office for Summer 2027. You will work on water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, supporting design, fieldwork, data analytics, and project management tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline related to water resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to balance multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with water/wastewater concepts is beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Support analysis and design work for water/wastewater facilities, pipelines and pumping systems.
• Assist in project management tasks and document preparation for client meetings.
• Contribute to sustainability and resilience projects including vulnerability assessments.
• Perform fieldwork activities: site visits, sampling and technology evaluations.
• Utilize data analytics to support performance evaluations of water systems.
