Job summary
Global Water Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Water & Energy Services to lead strategic client relationships and high-impact technical programs across a portfolio of important accounts.
This role blends engineering expertise with client leadership and growth initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes. The Senior Manager will drive program optimization, expand opportunities, and collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to translate insight into differentiated value
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related field.
- 10–18+ years in water treatment, energy services, or related technical field.
- Experience leading and developing technical or service teams in field-based environments.
- Strong consultative selling, account expansion, and long-term client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships within a portfolio of complex commercial and industrial clients.
- Serve as the primary technical and advisory leader for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews, technical assessments, and program evaluations to demonstrate value and identify improvement opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend program enhancements, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives.
