Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Oversee project start-up, completion, and close-out.
• Develop personnel development and recruitment strategies.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Forecast costs for job completion accurately.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Final say in problem resolution.
• Develop QA/QC plans.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager to ensure project success.
• Review and approve schedules, financial projections, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure site rules and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
