Oak Lodge Water Services is seeking a Distribution Utility Worker to join our team and help maintain the community's drinking water infrastructure. This hands-on role is outdoors and supports the distribution network with experienced crews.

The position offers a starting hourly pay range and certification differentials, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. Expect a steady schedule with emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, utility experience is strongly preferred.
• DWS Operator certification or ability to obtain one within 2 years of hire.
• CDL or the ability to obtain after hire.
• Ability to safely operate tools, heavy equipment, and vehicles.
• Team-oriented, customer‑focused, and ready to work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently, utilizing knowledge of water systems and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, operate, and maintain water distribution system infrastructure.
• Safely operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and construction equipment.
• Respond to emergencies outside normal hours and assist customers with concerns.
• Maintain records and complete required reports using company software and systems.
