Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL B license required; Class A within one year.
• OSHA 30 required or within one year of hire.
• Vermont operator certification Class D required or obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly workflow of the team with Engineering and Operations leadership.
• Provide on-site feedback on job proficiency, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Review and approve leave requests and payroll alignment.
• Schedule on-call or call-ins and coordinate with other city teams.
• Ensure compliance with AWWA standards and city regulations.
• Oversee underground construction, including excavation oversight and safety.
• Document work orders, materials, and asset data in city systems.
• Support SOP development and distribution-related tasks.
