Job summary

The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Water Department is seeking applicants for the position of full time DISTRIBUTION OPERATOR. The role offers an hourly pay range of $19.00-$26.00 based on licenses and experience.

Applicants must have or be able to obtain within one year a 1-D Mass. Drinking Water Operator's license and must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and a CORI background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain within one year a 1-D Mass. Drinking Water Operator's license.
• HS diploma or GED with ability to frequently lift up to sixty pounds and experience with small equipment, power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday with possible overtime, weekends, holidays and night shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening and CORI background check.

Skills

Valid MA driver’s license

Lift up to 60 pounds

Experience with small equipment

Experience with power and hand tools

Education

HS diploma or GED
