The Water Damage Technician role supports the team with skilled and unskilled labor, receiving training while performing mitigation and disaster response services to restore properties and safeguard health and safety.

The position emphasizes punctuality, proper uniform, on-call availability, and a strong customer-service mindset, with paperwork accuracy and safety as key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; reach with arms; talk or hear.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list.
• Monitor loss & document readings.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written &/or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.
