Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Water Damage Technician in Ohio to assist team members by performing skilled and unskilled labor while learning mitigation techniques and receiving training required for professional disaster response services.

You will show up on time in proper uniform, participate in on-call coverage, and support documentation, measurements, and customer service during restoration projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and speak or hear.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss and document readings.
• Follow written and/or oral instructions and exercise good judgment.
