PureDry Restoration in Arlington, WA is seeking a Water Damage Technician to be the first line of defense when disaster strikes. This full-time role involves fast-paced, physically demanding work with hands-on restoration, water extraction, and on-site customer service.

Training and advancement opportunities are provided. You will handle on-call rotations including evenings and weekends, operate drying equipment, and work with the team to restore homes and lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls (water, mold, fire, storm damage).
• Assist in mitigation activities such as water extraction, demolition, and drying.
• Set up and monitor drying and remediation equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Document job progress with notes and photos using company systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to property owners on-site.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Communicate job updates clearly with team leads and supervisors.

Position Summary

As a Water Damage Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense when disaster happens. This role is physically active and fast-paced, with a direct impact on helping families and businesses recover from property damage.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: Depending on experience
