Job Summary

The Water Damage Technician will assist team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor, learning techniques, and receiving training while performing professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform, and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergency situations.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Complete paperwork accurately (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Checklists).
• Exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
