Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders and ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on the truck.
• Explains processes to customers using printed materials with or without supervisor.
• Performs water damage repair including water extraction and demolition.
• Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval.
