Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Water Damage Technician to support timely service delivery in Munster, IN. You will perform water mitigation, restoration, and related duties to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and may hold certifications in water mitigation or mold remediation. A valid driver’s license is helpful for daily client visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills to determine equipment type and quantity.
• Basic computer usage for reporting daily activity via email and portable devices.
• Certification in Water Mitigation, Mold, or related services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform water damage mitigation and restoration services offered by the company.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the daily technician log.
• Complete work orders and restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
