Cisneros Brothers Home Services in Chino, CA is seeking a Water Damage Restoration Technician to help homeowners recover from water and mold emergencies by performing demolition, setting up drying equipment, documenting progress, and protecting contents. Lead positions may supervise other technicians.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, comfort with power tools and full PPE, strong communication and attention to detail, and willingness to work weekends or on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work 8+ hour shifts.
• Comfortable using power tools and wearing full PPE.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willing to work alternate weekends and on-call shifts.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Experience in restoration is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlled demolition and material removal.
• Build containment/dry chambers and set up drying/safety equipment.
• Move and protect furniture and contents.
• Use job tracking software to document progress.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Wear PPE and respirator masks as required.
• Supervise team members (Lead Technicians only).

Position Overview

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll help homeowners recover from water and mold-related emergencies by performing demolition, setting up drying equipment, documenting progress, and more. Lead positions also involve supervising other technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform controlled demolition and material removal
• Build containment/dry chambers and set up drying/safety equipment
• Move and protect furniture and contents
• Use job tracking software to document progress
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Wear PPE and respirator masks as required
• Supervise team members (Lead Technicians only)
