Job summary

DPI Staffing, a division of The DPI Group, is seeking a reliable Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our Lincoln City team. This role focuses on responding to emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup, and helping restore residential and commercial properties.

Experience is preferred, but training is available. The position is full-time with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and a 36-40 hour workweek, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in water damage restoration or mitigation preferred.
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) not required but preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working in emergency and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and flood emergencies
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
• Document job progress with photos and notes
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
• Be available for on-call or emergency response when required

DPI Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping restore residential and commercial properties. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Location: Lincoln City, OR

Duration: Full time (Temp to hire.)

Starting Pay: $ 18.00/HR

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm assigned (36-40 hours per we ek)
