Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a field technician to support water damage mitigation efforts. The role involves pumping and extracting water, mold remediation, and careful handling of equipment under supervision.

You will contribute to safe, efficient operations, maintain vehicles, and follow MSDS and safety protocols. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to travel and work nights/weekends when needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with water pumping and extraction processes.
• Knowledge of mold remediation best practices.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow team leader instructions and safety protocols.
• Understand MSDS protocols for chemicals used during mitigation.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment daily.
• Use BELFOR equipment for containment and drying systems under supervision.
• Set up containment systems and air flow for drying processes.
• Ensure proper disposal of debris and protect client belongings.
