Job summary

BELFOR is hiring a Water Damage Specialist (intermediate) in Denver to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standard practices, manage moisture assessments, and document losses with photos and charts.

You will guide technicians, supervise crews, and ensure proper PPE, safety, and equipment use. Travel and night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and technical competence in IICRC's standard work practices on water and mold damage.
• Ability to determine extent and documentation of moisture in losses.
• Experience leading water damage teams and coordinating small crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the water damage team and supervise basic tasks.
• Document progress with photos, charts, and logs for projects.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure safety and proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with supervisors and schedule field activities.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
