Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent in Hawaii to lead restoration and construction projects. The role includes managing scope, schedule, safety, and quality, with a focus on meeting timelines and budgets while using Xactimate for estimates and reporting.

Entry-level superintendent candidates may qualify through BELFOR technician tracks or relevant restoration/construction experience. Some travel and nights/weekends may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Certification in water damage and restoration principles.
• Completion of BELFOR required new hire coursework and safety training.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Superintendents know program requirements, Xactimate estimates and budgets.
• Construction focus: plan, coordinate, oversee employees and subs, read blueprints.
• Manage projects up to $150K (construction) or $50K (restoration).
• Direct small crews, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes.
• Provide field documentation, photos, graphs, and sketches for projects.
• Travel periodically and meet BELFOR standards for protecting property.
