24 Hour Flood Pros of Portland LLC is seeking a field technician to support homeowners and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other losses. You will set up and monitor equipment, document progress, take moisture readings, and assist with demolition under safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within our expanding disaster mitigation team.

• Oversees Equipment Maintenance
• Performs demolition of loss - removing wet drywall, flooring, cabinets and insulation
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Respects and maintains the confidentiality of company, client, and personnel information.
• Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Prepares trucks and equipment for emergencies.
• Ensures that all assigned personnel are thoroughly trained in their duties and responsibilities, including safety precautions.
• Enjoys being on the move and never having the same day twice
• Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior mitigation, construction, or restoration experience preferred but not required - training available.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift 50-75 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for emergency calls
