Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate company-owned vehicles as needed, following all safety procedures
  • Set up equipment on jobsites, including water blast hoses or vacuum hoses
  • Safely operate high-pressure water blaster units and vacuum equipment to clean and dispose of materials; additional equipment use may include a water lance, dry vacuum hose, wet vacuum hose, shovels, and/or picks
  • Transport equipment to jobsite
  • Assess needs for routine or required maintenance on equipment
  • Prepares and inspect equipment daily or before each use
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment after use
  • Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks
  • Ensures all tasks assigned are performed safely and with high quality, using the appropriate personal protective equipment, as needed
  • Effectively communicate with front-line supervisors
Training and Support

On-the-job training offered.

This position is safety-sensitive.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience
  • Ability to control industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
