Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial cleaning or related experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and industrial environments.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 250 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial cleaning operations and ensure jobs are completed safely.
• Operate heavy-duty equipment such as hydroblasting systems and vacuum trucks.
• Conduct Job Hazard Awareness assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and materials for project management.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, account managers, and crews.
