Job summary

Garver seeks a Water Automation Team Leader in Frisco, TX to drive growth by automating control systems for municipal and private clients, including water/wastewater. You will design PLC/SCADA solutions and lead project delivery across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to automation or control systems.
• PE license preferred and 15–20 years of progressive automation leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISA/IEC standards, Industry 4.0, cyber security, and plant automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business and financial plan for Garver’s Water Automation Practice Area Team.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with regional teams and private sector clients nationwide.
• Oversee hiring and growth of a Water Automation team; ensure risk‑managed, profitable project delivery.
• Partner with design centers and marketing to pursue high‑impact projects.
