Job summary

HDR is seeking an Asset Management Lead for their Water Business Group based in Kansas City, Missouri. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our Utility Management Services, focusing on water and stormwater asset management solutions.

This role includes project management of asset evaluations, working with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining client relations. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, over 10 years of relevant experience, and expertise in MS Office and project management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years experience in asset management.
• Proven project leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of utilities’ asset management activities.
• Serve as project manager for comprehensive asset inventories.
