Job summary

ANCO is seeking a dependable Water and Sewer Laborer to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water and sewer systems. You will work with a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with line installation, reading blueprints, operating basic tools, and maintaining a clean job site. Must lift up to 75 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel or work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in underground utilities or related construction work.
• Knowledge of water and sewer systems and basic installation methods.
• Ability to use hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overtime or travel as needed.
