Job summary

The SWATCH Group in Secaucus is seeking a skilled watch technician to assemble case components, verify waterproofing, and perform full movement servicing including dismantling, cleaning, reassembly and adjustment. You will work closely with the team to maintain tools and equipment, ensure consumables are stocked, and guarantee that every watch leaving the bench is serviced and ready to wear.

• Assemble all case components and ensure waterproofing.
• Full service on movements: dismantle, replace/fix parts, clean, reassemble, adjust.
• Analyze and decide proper method to repair the movement.
• Use or develop tools/processes to address issues during repair.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain equipment and stock consumables.
• Ensure all services are completed and the watch is ready to wear.

• Full service on movements: movement dismantling, replacement/ fixing of broken parts, cleaning, reassemble, rate check and adjustment
• Analyze and take decisions to define proper methodology to repair the movement.
• Use or develop adequate tools or processes to correct issues that can arise during the repair process
• Work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations (maintain equipment and tools, order consumables)
• Ensure all required services for the customer have been carried and the watch is ready to wear
