Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Junior Watchlist Analyst to support on-site operations in Reston, VA. The role focuses on CT analysis, database population, and dissemination of intelligence products related to terrorist networks and individuals.

You will work under senior guidance to produce finished intelligence and ensure accurate reporting. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance with full polygraph, strong attention to detail, and ability to operate in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of analysis experience in CT operations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; 4 extra years experience may substitute for a degree.
• Knowledge of IC organizations and Terrorist Watchlisting policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Systematically review DoD datasets for identifying information on known or suspected terrorists.
• Identify and record information from DoD datasets as specified by the Government.
• Crosscheck information against other intelligence holdings for completeness and to avoid duplicates.
• Compile information into nomination reports with proper formatting and grammar.
• Meet Terrorist Identity Nomination (TIN) production schedules.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members on Watchlisting.
