Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or quality control environment is advantageous.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently.
• Proficiency in data entry and digital data management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fine motor skills for handling small instruments and pipetting.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and visual focus.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA and QC functions with minimal supervision.
• Follow SOPs for QA and QC activities.
• Conduct routine QA assessments in the Insectary and Production processes.
• Manage setup and evaluation of QC assessments, including insect bioassays, viscosity, pH, and specific gravity measurements.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing results and insights from QA/QC assessments to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all QA and QC activities.
• Ensure timely and precise entry of QA and QC data into digital databases and documentation systems.
• Provide basic technical or non-technical support to department personnel as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, supporting a clean and organized work environment.
