• Receive and track network outages, incidents and significant events.
• Maintain situational awareness for the operations center/watch floor.
• Coordinate with network operations, cybersecurity, service desk, field teams and stakeholders.
• Escalate significant incidents to the technical teams and leadership.
• Track incidents through resolution and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare shift turnover reports, daily operational summaries and incident reports.
• Participate in incident bridges or conference calls during major outages.
• Monitor trouble tickets.
