Job summary

Watchfinder is seeking an Operations Assistant at the US Logistics Hub in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to support logistics and stock control for pre-owned watches. You will handle package reception, packing, stock management, and take photographs for online publishing to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatches.

Qualifications

• Able to follow processes and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
• Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming packages for accuracy.
• Unpack, pack, pick, and file product and boxes.
• Photograph product for online publishing.
• Assist with inventory control processes including daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements.
• Maintain inventory of presentation boxes in Excel and support stock transfers between logistics and servicing.
• Dispatch watches to support S&L Coordinators as needed.
