Pasco County Utilities is seeking a Utility Worker III (Wastewater) to install, maintain, and repair the county's wastewater collection and transmission systems. This role requires routine on-call duties and involves coordinating with crews, responding to service requests, and documenting work orders in field software.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 18 months of wastewater maintenance experience, and a Florida Class B CDL with tanker endorsement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Eighteen (18) months of direct experience in water or wastewater field maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Florida Class "B" CDL with tanker endorsement.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and repair collection lines and lift stations.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies to minimize outages.
• Document work orders in asset management software and field systems.
• Lift heavy objects up to 80 pounds; operate trucks and loaders as needed.
• On‑call duty on a rotating basis; communicate with public, contractors, and vendors.
