This role monitors, maintains, and operates treatment equipment while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards. The ideal candidate works independently, follows procedures, and maintains accurate logs and sampling data.

Mechanical aptitude and comfort around industrial equipment are important. Weekend night shifts are part of the schedule (overnight hours).

Qualifications

• Experience in wastewater or industrial operations preferred.
• Able to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate wastewater treatment systems and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of pumps, tanks, controls, and processing equipment.
• Collect samples and perform basic testing to meet process requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and production documentation.
• Adjust equipment and processes to maintain proper operation.
• Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, or safety concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks around the facility.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
