Colonial Group in Evansville, IN is seeking a team-oriented wastewater technician to support the industrial laundry facility. You will ensure safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise and compliance with environmental requirements.

Responsibilities include hourly checks of wastewater equipment, chemical adjustments, sample collection, and documentation to agencies, plus maintenance and housekeeping. The role may involve weekend shifts and overtime.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
• Familiar with maintenance procedures and safety techniques.
• Basic knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and codes.
• Ability to understand training, written and verbal instructions.
• Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct hourly checks and adjustments to wastewater equipment.
• Perform chemical adjustments and calibrations to maintain water treatment.
• Daily removal and processing of waste solids from the treatment process.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
• Collect samples, complete data sheets, and submit regulatory documentation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
