The role leads a team, develops procedures, maintains equipment, coordinates waste handling, and reports to senior management on changes in regulations while supporting safety and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in wastewater treatment.
• Experience in PCB or chemical industries preferred.
• Primarily 1st shift with possible weekend/off-shift work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wastewater treatment operations across departments.
• Develop procedures to improve wastewater functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SPCC program.
• Direct staff and manage performance, attendance, and safety.
• Coordinate waste stream classification and disposal records.
• Maintain plant water treatment equipment.
