Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a wastewater treatment supervisor/engineer to oversee plant wastewater operations at the Logan, UT site. The role involves directing the wastewater team, developing and maintaining treatment processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (or related field) with 3+ years in wastewater treatment, preferably with PCB or chemical industry experience. Some weekend/off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 3+ years of experience in waste water treatment process, procedures and functions, or related industry.
• Experience in printed circuit board industry or chemical industry is preferred.
• Primarily 1st shift, but weekend and off-shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees functional departments in relation to Waste Water Treatment.
• Develops procedures to maintain, improve, and perpetuate all wastewater treatment functions.
• Responsible for development, installation and maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment and pollution prevention programs.
• Keeps senior management informed of wastewater treatment functions and regulatory changes.
• Direct employees in wastewater treatment and waste disposal operations.
• Coordinates waste stream classification, waste handling and disposal, and proper documentation.
• Performs inspections, maintains records and generates reports for wastewater and pollution control.
• Ensures proper operation of plant water treatment equipment.
• Member of Environmental Management Team and supports ISO 14001 compliance.
• Completes monthly SPCC inspections and participates in reviews of SPCC program.
• All other duties as directed by management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
