Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Wastewater Treatment Supervisor for a growing food manufacturing plant in the Upper Midwest. The role will oversee daily wastewater operations, ensure environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvement in treatment processes.

We’re targeting technically skilled professionals with strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of environmental regulations; at least 2 years of wastewater experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of wastewater treatment experience.
• Knowledge of wastewater systems, laboratory testing, and environmental regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Wastewater Operator certification or ability to obtain required licensing.

Responsabilités
