Bell- in Fredericksburg, PA seeks a WWTP Lead to guide operations of the wastewater treatment plant and ensure compliance with state requirements. This full-time, on-site role reports to the supervisor and involves directing hourly team members, monitoring process controls, and maintaining safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma (GED acceptable) or equivalent, basic math and PC skills, and a valid driver’s license. Leadership experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; up to three months of related experience or training; leadership experience preferred.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to interpret data.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with common software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations of the WWTP and ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Direct hourly team members and provide guidance to improve plant performance.
• Review daily reports and weekly testing results to maintain quality.
• Address safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.
• Train new and existing team members and communicate with management daily.
