Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a technician to monitor and maintain wastewater treatment processes, including instrumentation, probes, and pumps. The role involves hazardous waste handling, labeling, and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating and repairing equipment, calibrating sensors, and assisting in disposal planning while wearing proper PPE in a shop environment with potential extreme temperatures.

Formación

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor equipment, gauges, and charts; replace equipment when necessary.
• Operate, maintain, and repair malfunctions at the wastewater treatment plant.
• Calibrate and maintain pH and ORP probes and controllers.
• Label and store hazardous waste containers with proper labeling.
• Review manifests and assist in disposal planning.
• Respond to hazardous waste spills in emergencies.
