Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to monitor and service our biological wastewater system, ensuring compliance with state regulations. You will perform preventative maintenance and operate pumps, dewatering equipment, and chemical feed systems to keep the facility running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial wastewater and maintenance, with strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NOCTI Mechanical Level 1 certification required before applying.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to pursue GA Waste Water Level III license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waste water system equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Measure and report chemical variances in waste water.
• Operate pumps, dewatering equipment, compressors and chemical feed equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and facilities.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
