Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety standards compliance and on-time attendance.
• 1-3 years experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Basic understanding of steam generation and supply systems.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance basics.
• Good communication and basic reporting skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work flexible hours.
• Willingness to overtime on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per GMP.
• Serve as mechanical expert to production team.
• Ensure production and support equipment function.
• Perform reliability-based asset care and fix orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and reactive work.
• Repair or adjust equipment, structures, facilities.
• Perform basic electrical tasks (motors, switches).
• Dismantle/assemble machines for sanitation/production.
• Perform package changeovers on lines.
• Train staff on mechanical processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste elimination.
• Record work in CMMS and monitor needs.
• Manage MRO inventory.
• Assist with facilities tasks and special projects.
