Responsibilities

• Manage operations and contract teams across multiple client sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite managers, supervisors, and staff through training and coaching.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance at all sites.
• Oversee maintenance, process optimization, sustainability initiatives, KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
• Travel to client sites for oversight, inspections, reviews and meetings.
