Job summary

Verdantas LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead environmental and infrastructure projects across multiple offices in the US. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating diverse teams to meet client requirements and budget targets.

Applicants should have strong leadership, budgeting and risk management skills, plus excellent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.

  • Monitor budgets and ensure costs meet financial objectives.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate status, updates and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Lead and motivate project teams and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled, and financial objectives are met
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the required quality standards
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
Salary

Salary Range: The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
