Verdantas LLC is hiring an engineer-in-training role focused on civil design for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. You will craft engineering concepts, prepare detailed drafts, and collaborate with staff engineers to deliver project requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the creation and development of engineering design concepts primarily for water, wastewater and stormwater improvement projects
• Prepare detailed design drafts and visual content using design software
• Collaborate with staff engineers and project managers to deliver project requirements and objectives
• Revise and update designs based on feedback and project changes
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and project guidelines
• Maintain organized records of design drafts and related documents
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques

What You’ll Bring:

• Civil Engineering Technology Degree or CAD/Drafting Technology is preferred, and equivalent experience will be considered
• Expertise in design software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Civil MEP/Plant or other relevant design tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients
• Ensuring all design drafts are accurate and thorough
• Maintain organized records of design drafts and related documents
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends and technique

Salary Range: Starting at $70,000.00
