Job summary

Verdantas LLC in Folsom, CA is seeking a Project Engineer- Water/Wastewater to lead civil and water resources design tasks, including levee design, WTPs, pumps, pipelines, and storage tanks. The role emphasizes hydraulic modeling and collaboration across engineers and managers.

You should have a CA PE or be able to obtain within a year, 4–7 years in water/wastewater projects, and experience with GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D. Competitive benefits and a salary range are provided.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE Registration in California, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 4-7 years of experience in the civil engineering field, specifically Water/Wastewater projects.
• Experience with GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Potable water system design (WTPs, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks) desired.
• Wastewater/Storm Drain system design (Pipeline and lift stations) desired.
• Water/Wastewater System planning (Master Plans, hydraulic modeling) desired.

Responsibilities

• Design projects of varying disciplines (levee design, WTPs, pump stations, pipelines, storage tanks).
• Hydraulic modeling for potable water systems and flooding analyses.
• Prepare figures, maps, and other graphics using AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Prepare technical reports and memoranda.
• Demonstrated communication skills to coordinate with staff engineers and project managers.

We are seeking a Project Engineer- Water/Wastewater to join our team in the Folsom, CA office. In this role you will lead and support a variety of Civil and Water Wastewater resource planning and design tasks.

• Design projects of varying disciplines (levee design, WTPs, pump stations, pipelines, storage tanks, etc.)
