Job summary

Woodard & Curran is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our Water Team in Andover, MA. You will collaborate with municipal clients to design and deliver wastewater infrastructure projects across Massachusetts and New England, leading design efforts and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds 4–9 years of engineering experience, a B.S. in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, and is a Massachusetts-registered Professional Engineer (or eligible for reciprocity).

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of engineering experience.
• B.S. Degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts (or ability to apply for reciprocity).

Responsibilities

• Leading the design of collection systems, pumping stations, and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Conducting field investigations, condition assessments, and data collection to support planning and design.
• Coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Performing Construction Administration tasks, including submittals, RFIs, and contractor payments.
• Developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets.
• Mentoring junior staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
