In this role, you will drive project excellence, mentor project managers and technical staff, strengthen client relationships, and lead market growth in partnership with regional leadership.
As a key leader within the wastewater market, you will balance seller/doer responsibilities, combining hands‑on technical delivery with business development, client leadership, and people management. You’ll collaborate closely with our local, regional, and national wastewater leaders to deliver high‑quality, innovative wastewater solutions for our clients—while building and developing high‑performing teams in Boise.

The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $210,250.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
