Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Practice and Growth Leader to shape the future of our wastewater business in Boise and Idaho.

You will drive project excellence, mentor staff, strengthen client relationships, and lead market growth in partnership with regional leadership. You will balance hands-on design with business development, collaborating with local, regional, and national wastewater leaders to deliver innovative solutions and build high-performing teams in Boise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental or Mechanical preferred).
• Educational emphasis and strong interest in wastewater treatment system design and operation.
• Self‑motivation, team‑oriented work practices, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater practice and growth initiatives across Boise and Idaho market.
• Mentor project managers and technical staff; balance seller/doer responsibilities.
• Strengthen client relationships and lead market growth with regional leadership.
• Develop high-performing teams and deliver high-quality wastewater solutions.
