A leading construction staffing agency is looking for a Project Manager / Estimator in Hershey, PA. The ideal candidate will manage complex wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects from bidding through execution while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Requirements include proven experience in project management, strong estimating skills, and the ability to travel to job sites. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus a $700 monthly vehicle allowance and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Estimator in wastewater, municipal, or industrial construction.
• Strong estimating experience required with and without blueprints.
• Knowledge of PA DEP, NPDES, and regulatory documentation highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue bid opportunities in wastewater and municipal sectors.
• Perform detailed estimating and takeoffs (materials, labor, equipment) with and without prints.
• Manage projects from award through completion and ensure compliance with regulations.
